Movies That Are No Longer Avail On Netflix!!

Netflix has become such an integral part of some of our lives. As cable charges escalate and on demand television watching seems to be the most convenient way to view shows and movies in our fast-paced society, a Netflix subscription is a life saver.

But as contracts end and things develop, Netflix was unable to renew its licensing contract with the Starz movie lineup and 2/28 (the last day of February, non leap year, 2012) was the last day for those said, Starz movies.

And to further clarify what the end of this contract really means follow this (tvandmoviesnow.com) link to view the 840 count list of movies that will no longer be available on Netflix. Titles such as Toy Story 3, Scarface, Apocalypto, The Pixar Story and more are gone Bye Bye!

There are still more titles on Netflix that may tickle your fancy, so try not to get too diappointed.

  1. I remember when Netflix was great. Then they raised their prices and expected me to pay more for less content. It does stink that Netflix lost many Starz titles, but I’m not worried since I have Blockbuster @Home. For $10 a month, I can stream to my TV or computer, as well as rent DVDs and Blu-Rays from Blockbuster whenever I want. My favorite thing about it though is that I can still watch many Starz movies on my iPad wherever I am like at DISH where I work or at school waiting for class to start. Netflix was good while it lasted, but I have better with Blockbuster @Home.

  2. Thank you for the comment. I was not familiar with Blockbuster @Home until you mentioned it. I must look into it.
