Not only did Rachel Roy make it interesting by shooting a digital runway show to display her Fall/Winter 2013 Collection, but the motion camera was used to accent specific things such as the movement of the fabrics and the fabric details in close ups and longer views to make those moments last longer, something that can't really happen in person, with the average eye.
This collection is full of statement ideas that can be translated all throughout your fall wardrobe that will give you a very rich, fashionable, sophisticated look. Some of the trends that I spotted were:
Reverse french manicure
Pointed toe booties
Pointed toe pumps
Calf length skirts
Knee length dresses
Fabric embellishments on shoulders
Fancy applique's and embroidery
This was an all around solid collection. As far as personal taste, I oohhed and ahhed over pretty much everything that I saw.
