Notable Styles and More Ten Styles Week 8!

Week 8, Ten Styles is dedicated to my experience during the Pardi Gras Ball V fundraising event! The event is curated by Be Nimble Foundation, who focuses on breaking barriers for Black and LatinX people in tech. Be Nimble’s central operations are rooted in Indianapolis, IN.

The Pardi Gras Ball is the finale to a week long schedule of events focused on the celebration of black entrepreneurs and futures. The week’s events included an entertaining and intentional lineup to reveal and share Be Nimble’s developments and progress with our community.

Most notable event of the week for Notable Styles was the launch of Melon Kitchen at The Amp @16 Tech Innovation District. Melon Kitchen is a ghost kitchen and virtual kitchen concept development program for emerging black chefs and restaurateurs. The chefs are scheduled to begin use of the location (for delivery only food service) beginning in April 2022! Believe me, it will be a delectable addition to the Innovation District. Below you will find images from the Melon Kitchen launch.

The Pardi Gras Ball allows some of us to support, participate, and be apart of the tech and minority business movement that Be Nimble represents. Below are images from PVRDI!

Be Nimble curated events are always fun and supportive of the surrounding community. They are diligent in finding ways to increase minority business ventures and bring forth progressive ideas.

I find value in many, if not all of Be Nimble’s offerings. I have even been a participant of their Microsoft sponsored Gener8tor UpSkilling program.

Feel free to join Notable Styles and More, in support of some of the organizations that were apart of this event. By following the links below and becoming apart of their social media communities. These organizations are also integral to the positive change that the Indianapolis, IN tech and entrepreneurial landscape is experiencing.
