Virgil Abloh!

Virgil, Virgil, Virgil - November 28, 2021 we lost a giant and his name is Virgil Abloh. Virgil passed on at the mere 41 years of age. Virgil has impacted my life in so many ways that I can not select just one moment. When I ask myself, honestly how did he impact you? Virgil was creative head of LV and his own amazing brand Off-White and I had not yet materialized my plan to work with him. Then one thing comes to mind. I did seize an opportunity to hear him discuss the fusion of fashion, art, culture and sustainability on Clubhouse one night and I could not believe my ears. Who would have thought that in such a short time Clubhouse would bridge the divide between the everyday people and industry leaders. For this I am thankful! Virgil’s talent, conceptual skills, ability to birth a vision, cross branding, cross industry vertical integration and humility surpasses any other accomplished designer of this era. Merci Virgil for being you. You will live on in many of us as we look to your b

List of Stores Closing due to Economy!!

I received a list of store closings on this past Monday, November 17. This list includes over 10 stores that will close all or some of their locations, between October 2008 and January 2009. Styles P "Super Gangster" Album release

Styles P, Album release had a slight reunion aura when Jadakiss and Sleek Louch arrived. Jadakiss rocked a cashmere Louis Vuitton scarf and matching beanie set with a soft blazer and Sheek Louch was wearing a t-shirt in the very popular brand, Ed Hardy . The "surprise" birthday party and album release honoree Styles P wasn't looking too shabby himself in the goose down filled RLX coat . Them boys got SWAG. The brown and white houndstooth jacket is Parish and the cotton blazer is Marc Ecko . These options represent two different looks that you can pair with the LV set, courtesy of Dr. Jays Urban Apparel online. The white t-shirt is an Ed Hardy tee, and the jeans are Ed Hardy denim, the coat is a pic of the RLX coat that Styles P was wearing.
